We are a new church in Shelbyville, Indiana, committed to helping people rediscover their identity as sons and daughters of God and learn to live as disciples of Jesus in everyday life.
Whether you've followed Jesus for years, are returning to church after a long time away, or are simply curious about faith, you are welcome here.
Jesus didn't call us to simply attend church. He called us to follow Him, become like Him, and help others do the same. Everything we do flows from that mission.
We believe church is more than a weekly gathering. It is a spiritual family learning to follow Jesus together, caring for one another, and joining God's mission in the world around us.
Church is not a building or an event. It is a people.
A people gathered around Jesus.
A people being formed by His presence.
A people learning to love one another.
A people sent into their neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, and communities to represent His Kingdom.

Andrea and Austin Shaull are the founders of Family Church. Their heart is simple: to help people follow Jesus, find spiritual family, and live on mission.
Andrea has spent nearly two decades serving in ministry through discipleship, leadership development, and church planting. Austin has led worship since his teenage years and is passionate about creating spaces where people can encounter the presence of God.
Together, they are raising three young daughters and are excited to call Shelbyville home. They believe the local church should be a place where people are known and loved, where lives are formed by the presence of Jesus, and where ordinary people discover they have a part to play in God's Kingdom.
Family Church is part of The Wesleyan Church, a global movement of churches committed to helping people know Jesus, grow in holiness, and participate in God's mission in the world.
Our Wesleyan heritage emphasizes God's grace, the transforming work of the Holy Spirit, the authority of Scripture, and the belief that every person is invited to live a life fully devoted to Jesus.
While we gladly embrace our Wesleyan roots, our deepest desire is simply to help people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and become part of a spiritual family on mission.
